WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Siegfried recently held its fourth MY Journey™ Live Event which was simultaneously broadcast from the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia, PA, to eleven other locations across the United States. Over three hundred Siegfried professionals attended and participated in a day of personal and professional development led by Rob Siegfried, President and CEO of The Siegfried Group, LLP.

This MY Journey™ event focused on improving one's "Mental Agility," and concentrated on aligning personal goals with the higher purpose of the Firm through self-reflection, goal setting and positive focus. The day was enriched by two exceptional speakers that contributed their insights on what it means to be mentally agile. Dr. Kaihan Krippendorff, Business Strategist, Best-Selling Author and Consultant, spoke first on the topic of "Strategic Agility" and how to outthink the competition. The day culminated with a speech by Dr. William Isaac, Founder and President of Dialogos and Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management. He delivered a thought-provoking presentation on "The Art of Thinking Together."
