The Securities and Exchange Commission Engages Futurestep for Talent Acquisition Strategy and Support

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that it has commenced work with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), providing strategic talent acquisition solutions to help the agency address its continuing talent needs. The relationship is based on a GSA contract awarded in 2009.

Futurestep's support for the SEC will include both recruitment and strategic services, with a focus on the implementation of best-practice talent acquisition processes and expert support related to workforce planning, employment branding and talent technology strategy. Key goals of the effort will be to expand and support the Commission's capabilities for identifying, attracting and retaining talent in areas such as accounting, law, management, IT, industry specialists and financial professionals.

Futurestep will provide recruitment, project management and consulting services, with an onsite team structured to change based on the agency's talent needs. The solution and program is structured to support the SEC's growth and transformational strategy, including a one year contract with three additional renewable years and a fifth year option.
