The Robert Green Company Recruits Tyler Kent as VP of Acquisition & Development

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Robert Green Company is pleased to announce that Tyler Kent has joined the company as its new Vice President of Acquisition & Development.  Mr. Kent brings over a decade of real estate development, finance and capital markets experience to The Robert Green Company – the developer of the first, highly anticipated Pendry Hotel. The Pendry San Diego Hotel, which broke ground in the Gaslamp Quarter in October 2014, is the first of several luxury lifestyle hotels to be launched nationally by Montage Hotels & Resorts, Inc.

Tyler Kent has a wealth of experience in development, asset management, real estate private equity, banking, and project management, particularly in the hospitality and mixed use sectors of the industry, which are the Company’s forte.  Prior to joining The Robert Green Company, Mr. Kent was Director of Acquisitions and Development for The Athens Group.  Notable projects under his leadership include the Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, CA; Montage Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT; and the Montage Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, CA.
