The Prince Park Tower Tokyo: Renovating Guest Rooms from Floors 3rd to 31st, Club Lounge (32nd Floor), and Lobby (1st Floor)
TOKYO, July 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Prince Hotels, Inc. of Tokyo will be carrying out renovations at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo hotel in the Shiba Park area of Minato-ku (address: 4-8-1 Shiba-koen, Minato-ku, Tokyo). The Prince Park Tower Tokyo was opened in April 2005 as a flagship brand for Prince Hotels in the verdant Shiba Park area, a prime location at the heart of the metropolis.
The renovations will be carried out until the spring of 2018, and the rooms to be renovated are 590 of the hotel's 603 guest rooms, located from the 3rd to 31st floors of the building, the Club Lounge on the 32nd floor, and the Lobby on the 1st floor.
These improvements, in combination with the Royal Floor (3 rooms on the 32nd floor) and the Garden Floor (10 rooms on the 2nd floor), will allow the hotel to provide stays that meet a wider range of guest needs.
Places to be renovated:
1. Premium Club Lounge (32nd Floor, opening on October 1, 2016)
The Premium Club Lounge will be renovated to improve the quality of guests' stays on the Premium Club Floors and Royal Floor.
2. Premium Club Floors (Floors 29-31, 63 rooms, opening on October 1, 2016)
For the luxury-class guests from Japan and abroad, for business, leisure and "bleisure," the Premium Club Floors will be renovated based around the concept of "a Part of the Park," providing an open, spacious feeling like that of being in a park and also making the most of the views they command of the verdant Shiba Park, Tokyo Tower, and Zojoji Temple. The interior design of the Premium Club Floors and the Premium Club Lounge is being produced by AB Concept.

4. Park Floors (Floors 3-18, 318 rooms, opening April 2018)
Primarily for the use of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) participants, the Park Floors will be renovated to be more convenient, refreshing and relaxing, all while being located at the heart of the city.
