The Priceline Group to Webcast Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results on November 7

NORWALK, Conn., Oct. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Priceline Group (Nasdaq: PCLN) announced today that it intends to hold a conference call to discuss its third quarter 2016 financial results on Monday, November 7 at 4:30 p.m. ET. The event will be webcasted live at ir.pricelinegroup.com and the audio will be available for replay on the website for seven days thereafter.

The Priceline Group will post a release containing its third quarter 2016 financial results on the company's Investor Relations website ir.pricelinegroup.com at approximately 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 7.

On October 6, 2016, the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") a report on Form 8-K with respect to certain forthcoming changes in how it presents its non-GAAP financial results.  The Company previously disclosed on a Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 4, 2016 its intention to change how it presents its non-GAAP results and identified the changes that would be made.  In the Form 8-K filed On October 6, 2016, the Company recasts certain prior period non-GAAP results under its new methodology, which the Company believes will enable analysts to update their earnings models and will help investors to more easily compare its non-GAAP results under the new methodology with its non-GAAP results of the comparable prior periods.
