The PhoneBrasil Group provides updates on its financial reporting and public shares
MIAMI, March 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The PhoneBrasil Group, in a statement from its Chairman and CEO Anderson A. Dias, reported to the market that its current focus is not on selling new shares, but rather properly reporting its financials and creating a leadership structure that is sound for years to come. The company in recent years has not declared revenues but rather concentrated on self-investing for new products and services. The Chairman/CEO himself invested in the last few years much of his personal wealth, in addition to other key officers and private investors.
Mr. Dias stated that The PhoneBrasil Group is finalizing the selection of an accounting firm in order to restart public financial reporting in the second quarter of 2015. Said Mr. Dias: "Full accountability and transparency is our goal now and always, our investors and clients can expect and demand the highest levels of communication and integrity from our global leadership team. We are poised to make a difference in the marketplace and the time for us has come!"
Mr. Dias also stated that their new handset The Glass, which he expects to become a revolutionary product in the industry, utilizing PhoneBrasil's own operating system is on schedule for global announcements and testing in the late April, 2015 timeframe. Said Mr. Dias: "Our expectations are that The Glass, in addition to our already developed solutions like the Conect3S-USA and Conect3S-Brasil, will have an immediate positive impact on our financials and employee growth. The key for us is to manage the expected growth in a prudent fashion while we continue to create new global partnerships."
Mr. Dias added: "We have put the right cost controls in place and have negotiated great cost from our global partnerships, our partners are forward thinkers, giving us the benefit of the doubt with a cost based on our future potential, allowing us to become profitable in a very short timeframe."
