Focusing on User Experience, the Refreshed Site is Easy to Navigate and Mobile Responsive
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 22, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority has refreshed its website (patientsafety.pa.gov). The refreshed site features enhanced navigation and search features, a new look and feel, and mobile responsiveness.
The site enhancements allow visitors, such as healthcare providers and patients, to find relevant content quickly, such as the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Advisory, patient safety topics, and safety tips for patients.
"We strategically focused on our end users during this process," states Regina Hoffman, executive director of the Authority. "In 2016, our website received more than 1.5 million hits, predominantly for our Advisory journal and educational tools, so our refresh process focused on providing even better access to these and other important Authority resources."
Additional highlights include a training and events section about upcoming education events and conferences, a media resources page, and a request form for Authority speakers associated with a variety of patient safety topics.
