The Paces Foundation Announces New Leadership Structure to Accelerate Growth
Renee Sandell is now Chief Operating Officer and Lori McClure has been hired as Director of Assets along with other key leadership moves
ATLANTA, May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Building on its current momentum in the southeast, The Paces Foundation announced a new leadership structure to accelerate its growth strategy, which will take effect immediately. The organizational moves are set to optimize speed, efficiency and agility going forward.

Renee Sandell has been named Chief Operating Officer. Renee has been active in the development, financing, construction and management of affordable housing since 1989 and has been involved in the development of more than 3,000 units nationwide. She spearheaded The Paces Foundation's first supportive special needs development, where counselors help those most vulnerable and at risk of chronic homelessness. She has held a variety of senior roles in the industry, including First Vice President and Regional Development Director for Transom Development, a subsidiary of SunTrust and is well positioned to lead the organization into new states and position it for a growth trajectory.
Lori McClure will take on the new role of Director of Assets, working work closely with our property management companies, partners, lenders and other agencies in overseeing our 25+ property portfolio. She has more than 20 years of experience managing a broad range of asset types for several National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) top 50 management companies. Most recently, Lori supervised the southeastern expansion of Allied Orion Group, as Regional Vice President.
In other organizational moves, Kevin D. Kirby, Esq. has been named Vice President and Secretary. Kevin is responsible for managing all of the foundation's legal needs, providing guidance, and developing creative solutions to support the achievement of the foundation's objectives. Michelle Powell has been named Project Manager.
