NEW YORK, March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Negotiation Institute will host a ground-breaking executive development conference--The WIN Summit (Women's Insights on the Art of Negotiating)--on September 30 and October 1, 2015 at the New York Hilton in Midtown Manhattan. This two-day learning and networking event (for women and their male colleagues) will feature an interdisciplinary cohort of top negotiation experts, researchers and influential women who will share their insights, strategies and techniques on negotiation. The WIN Summit will provide a powerful forum dedicated to helping women advance into higher positions of leadership, overcome challenges in the workplace, address the gender wage gap, and achieve greater success for both their organizations and themselves through the art of negotiating.
