The Nations #1 Mexican Grill Opens Another East Coast Location

SALT LAKE CITY, May 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- (http://www.myprgenie.com/) -- The moment every hungry belly in the Fairfax County has been waiting for! Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, the nation's #1 restaurant, will open its doors in Burke, VA on Wednesday May 16th, marking the company's 4th east coast location. Once those doors open at 10:30AM at 6003 Burke Center Parkway, the smell of fresh made tortillas, sweet pork barbacoa and Mexican dishes will fill the air.

Guests, residents and media are invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on opening day 10:00AM. Note: Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is offering all media members a free meal on May 16th with proper media credentials.

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and its ongoing effort to give back to local communities, will again make an impact by donating $2500 to the Fairfax County School District. Additionally, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill will make a $2500 donation to the Hope for the Warriors Foundation. In addition, Cafe Rio is introducing Military Monday's, and will donate 25 cents from every transaction to Hope for the Warriors. To date, they have contributed over $15,000 toward getting wounded warriors the help they need.

The opening will be followed by multiple community events including a blood drive and an appearance by the NOVA Roller Derby Girls!
