The National Women's Business Council (NWBC) Welcomes Deborah Rosado Shaw to Esteemed Group of Women Business Leaders

Based in New Jersey, Shaw is a thought leader, an entrepreneur, a business executive and an expert on leadership and performance.
Over ten years ago, Shaw founded what has become the Rosado Shaw Group, LLC, a career success and leadership development firm focused on women's leadership and diversity. She is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Global Diversity and Engagement Officer at PepsiCo, Inc. In this role, Shaw provides leadership for the global food and beverage company's diversity and engagement strategy – bringing together a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives to achieve strategic business initiatives, advance performance and drive innovation.
