The National Association of Professional Women's networking summit kicks off!

NEW YORK, April 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- 1200 women gathered at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in NYC as a full day of panels and workshops began discussing motivation, entrepreneurship, wellness and style. Star Jones, the NAPW National Spokesperson and Chief Development Officer, energized the crowd in her opening remarks, "This is our year of action. And when we stand together, we stand stronger."

The networking opportunities began Thursday evening with more than 500 VIP members arriving, ready to step out at a fun and chic drinks reception.
