WASHINGTON, Sept. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, September 2, 2015, clergymen representing the African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. ET at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Speakers will present ideas and plans to call upon the nation's elected political leadership, citizens, and people of good will across the nation to confront and take action to end racism. Action items will address existing needs such as criminal justice reform, education, economic justice, gun reform and voting rights.
