PLYMOUTH, M.N., Oct. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced today that it successfully priced two series of notes in the aggregate principal amount of $750 million. One series of notes bears interest at an annual rate of 3.75%, is in a principal amount of $450 million and matures November 15, 2021. The other series of notes bears interest at an annual rate of 4.875%, is in a principal amount of $300 million and matures November 15, 2041.
