PLYMOUTH, Minn., April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) recently named Corrine Ricard Senior Vice President of its human resources department.
As a member of Mosaic's senior leadership team, Ricard will be responsible for the company's human resources strategy and will lead the global human resources group. In her role, Ricard will report directly to Mosaic President and CEO Jim Prokopanko and will office in Plymouth.
"Corrine has had a diverse and extensive career in a variety of operational and leadership roles," said Prokopanko. "I am confident that Corrine's experience in the crop nutrition industry and in a variety of functions and international roles, will serve the human resources team and Mosaic well."
Prior to Ricard's new role as head of human resources, she held leadership positions at Mosaic including Vice President of International Sales and Distribution, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Supply Chain and Risk Management.
Ricard earned her bachelor's degree in finance at the University of Minnesota, an MBA in strategic planning from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
