PLYMOUTH, Minn., Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced it will hold an Analyst Day in Tampa Florida on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.  Beginning at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, the meetings will be held at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The meeting is scheduled to end at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Jim Prokopanko Mosaic's President and Chief Executive Officer, will begin the meeting by presenting his vision for Mosaic over the next five years, and share the enthusiasm regarding the Company's strategy and capabilities. The executive management team will then provide additional insight and detailed examples of the core capabilities and expected impact on key financial measures going forward.
