Hires Will Advance Company's Strategic Growth

Denise Chase, Chief Community Officer, Arun Umapathy, Chief Technology Officer, and Dr. Pamela Cohen, Principal Data Scientist will have central roles in executing the company's vision and strategic objectives.
Denise Chase will continue to grow The Mom Project's talent network across the United States and further develop the community engagement experience. Chase comes to The Mom Project after having worked in business development for Procter and Gamble, where she helped grow the Pampers brand; Texas Children's Hospital, where she marketed the launch of a world-class maternity hospital; and Catalina Marketing, where she led digital media strategy for top brands including Coca-Cola.
Arun Umapathy will expand the company's digital platform, bridging technological demands with the business needs of The Mom Project. Umapathy has extensive experience working with startups in fields spanning multiple industries including HealthTech, Fintech, and most recently as CEO of NYC DevShop, an award-winning mobile and web development agency.
Dr. Pamela Cohen will be responsible for the ideation, research, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms underpinning the Mom Project's proprietary dataset. In addition to increasing match strength, Pamela will be focused on building actionable insights for companies looking to attract and retain top female talent. Dr. Cohen has extensive experience working with startups as well as global research firms, having served as VP, Predictive Social Intelligence at Blab, as well as SVP, Predictive Analytics for Ketchum.
