'What's been said at the Mayors' Think Tank – an informal talk with moderator Greg Clark'

For the third year, the Mayors' Think Tank will bring together around 60 international mayors and local authority representatives. This year, this closed-door event will feature six workshops that will discuss: "Building the city together: urban strategies and integrated solutions' implementation." Following this prestigious event, Greg Clark, Moderator of the Mayors' Think Tank and an expert in sustainable urban development, will give a short summary of the main conclusions reached during the Think Tank and will answer all journalists' questions.

Press Conference following the Keynote of Dr. Nouriel Roubini

The world-famous economist Dr. Nouriel Roubini, will share his vision of the global economy and its impact on real estate in a keynote speech on Thursday, 10th of March, 2011 from 10 to 11am. This keynote will be followed by a press conference at 11am to go into details on key issues.

MIPIM 2011 Final Press Conference: Update on the Market

4.00 pm – Auditorium H, level 3, Palais des Festivals

Filippo Rean, Director of MIPIM, will sum up the 22nd edition of the property market MIPIM and present final figures of the event.

Press Conference with Philippe Tannebaum and Pr. Ortalo-Magne, following the 'Wrap-up keynote address'

10.00 - 11.00 am – Le Corbusier room, level 01, Palais des Festivals

After four days questioning investors, developers, end-users and local authorities attending MIPIM, Philippe Tannebaum, (France), Senior Advisor, IEIF and Pr. François Ortalo-Magne, Robert E. Wangard Chair in Real Estate, Wisconsin School of Business (USA), will assess the general mood about the global real estate situation among the industry's key players, and then summarise their outlook for the future on Friday, 11th of March, 2011 from 10 to 11am. A press Q&A session, held straight after the conference will go into details on key issues.
