The Lightstone Group Signs The Laundry Room to a Lease Extension at Browntown Shopping Center in Old Bridge, N.J.

OLD BRIDGE, N.J., March 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, announced today that the Laundry Room has signed a 2,338-square-foot lease extension at Browntown Shopping Center, located on Route 516 in Old Bridge, N.J.

The Laundry Room, a coin-operated Laundromat, extended the term of their lease as a result of Lightstone's recent renovation of the shopping center and the opening of Club Metro USA fitness center, which has garnered a great amount of traffic to the complex.

Browntown Shopping Center is a 93,251 square-foot Old Bridge fixture, situated on Route 516, a major east-west commuter corridor between Route 9 and Route 18, two of the busiest roads in the area. Its anchor stores include Walgreen's Pharmacy, Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers and 7-Eleven.
