The Lightstone Group Signs Siemens Corporation to Long-Term Lease in St. Rose, La.

NEW ORLEANS, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group announced today that Siemens Corporation signed a 25,498 square-foot, long-term lease at Lightstone Group's Service Center 24 building in James Business Park in St. Rose, La. The Lightstone Group's South Louisiana portfolio, which is managed by Sealy & Company, Inc., is currently 92 percent leased.
