The Lightstone Group Announces Two New Leases at Dakota Square Mall in Minot, N.D.

MINOT, N.D., Feb. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, announced today that two new leases, totaling more than 8,000 square feet, have been signed at Dakota Square Mall, its 600,000-square-foot shopping center in Minot, N.D.

The Children's Place, the largest children's specialty apparel retailer in North America, signed a 4,248-square-foot lease at the shopping center. Construction will begin in February 2011, with an opening date set for late in the spring of 2011.

Justice, a trendy clothing and accessories store for girls aged seven to 14, signed a 4,000-square-foot lease at the shopping center. Construction will also begin in February 2011, with an opening date set for late in the spring of 2011.

Dakota Square Mall is a 600,000-square-foot shopping center, situated on 79 acres of land that is highly visible from U.S. Highways 52 and 2. It is home to such tenants as Target, Scheel's Sporting Goods, Herberger's, Sears, JC Penney, and Barnes and Noble, as well as a 176-room Sleep Inn hotel with a 24,000-square-foot indoor water park.
