The Lightstone Group Announces Two Lease Extensions at Mountainville Shopping Plaza

ALLENTOWN, Pa., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, has announced two long-term lease extensions at Mountainville Shopping Plaza, its 118,000-square-foot shopping center in Allentown, Pa.

Family Dollar, one of the fastest-growing discount retail chains in the United States, has signed a 10-year lease extension for 9,135 square feet of retail space at the shopping center. Family Dollar will continue to use the space to sell name brand quality consumable merchandise supplemented by fashion and seasonal items at everyday low prices.

Studio II Nails, a full-service nail salon serving Allentown and the surrounding neighborhoods, has signed a four-year lease extension for 1,500 square feet of space. The nail salon will continue to use this space to provide nail and grooming services to its clientele.
