The Lightstone Group Announces Lease Signing at Wintonbury

BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, announced today that Ginza Corporation signed an 11-year lease at the 110,231-square-foot Wintonbury Mall, located in the center of Bloomfield, Conn.

Ginza executives signed a deal for 1,068 square feet of space and will operate a Japanese restaurant at the mall, which is across from the Bloomfield Town Hall and library in an area known as Town Center.

"The availability of high-caliber food always provides a boost to any mall," stated David Lichtenstein, chairman of the Lightstone Group. "We welcome Ginza to Wintonbury and hope the restaurant will find a steady clientele of eager diners."

Wintonbury Mall is approximately three miles from Bishop's Corner, a very busy retail corridor that includes tenants such as Staples, Waldbaums, Whole Foods, Panera and McDonald's. Additionally, there are several smaller strip Centers along Park Avenue with primarily service retail tenants, including CVS, Rite Aid, several banks, and Dunkin' Donuts, among others.
