A bus accident victim should take pictures immediately after the incident. Photographs of the damage, accident scene, and personal injuries provide direct evidence to include in a claim. Tour Bus Accident in Los Angeles Injures 25 Passengers
On July 14, the tour bus collided with sand-filled buffers and a highway barrier before 4 a.m., the California Highway Patrol reported, while traveling westbound on the 10 Freeway in Pico-Union. All westbound lanes on the highway were closed following the crash. In addition to four seriously injured victims, five people were hospitalized in fair condition and 16 in good condition, while seven individuals declined medical attention, according to an ABC7 report.
A Los Angeles personal injury attorney can help clients get a maximum payout from an insurance company. This compensation can help pay for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages but only if the proper steps are taken after the accident.
