The Latino Coalition Chairman Hector Barreto Urges President Obama to Sign Keystone XL Pipeline Approval Act

WASHINGTON, Feb. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Latino Coalition Chairman and Former Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration Hector Barreto, issued the following statement regarding the House of Representatives voting to approve S. 1, the "Keystone XL Pipeline Approval Act" and urged President Obama to sign the bill:
