The Lanier Law Firm's Lee Cirsch Highlighted on 2013 Southern California Rising Stars List

LOS ANGELES, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Noted California trial attorney Lee Cirsch from The Lanier Law Firm has earned a spot on the 2013 Southern California Rising Stars listing based on his work in class actions and mass tort cases.

This marks Mr. Cirsch's first selection to Rising Stars, which recognizes the state's top lawyers age 40 or younger and those who have been in practice for no more than 10 years. To develop the annual listing, researchers with Thomson Reuters' legal division solicit nominations from attorneys across California. No more than 2.5 percent of eligible lawyers earn the distinction each year.

Mr. Cirsch represents clients in consumer and commercial litigation. He handles mass tort and consumer protection class actions, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, products liability cases, toxic exposure claims, and medical malpractice cases.

Currently, he serves on the trial team for the estate of Ida St. John in the first personal injury case in the nationwide litigation against Toyota for the unintended acceleration of its vehicles. He also represents plaintiffs in the nationwide litigation against DePuy Orthopaedics and Johnson & Johnson arising from the recall of metal-on-metal hip replacement devices.

The Southern California Rising Stars honor is the latest recognition for Mr. Cirsch, who was selected last year to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only organization composed of the country's top young litigators. The group's members earn selection based on their superior qualifications, significant trial results and outstanding leadership.
