NEW YORK, Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) has been identified as a challenging high volume chronic disease without a standardized care delivery model. A national NASH Centers of Excellence Network (NCEN) has been designed to build best practices necessary for NASH care delivery design. The Kinetix Group's Care Delivery Division provides the operational and strategic support for the NCEN. The initial members of the NCEN include Geisinger Health System, Ochsner Medical Center, Mount Sinai Hospital, Cedars-Sinai Health System, and Baylor Medical College, with a commitment to improve NASH care delivery.
The members of the network will collaborate to develop specific service offerings to optimize NASH care delivery, including but not limited to care delivery models, disease awareness and education, care delivery tools, registry and data analytics, and Real World Evidence and clinical trials.
The Kinetix Group's Care Delivery Division is committed to developing regional network models in chronic conditions to improve care delivery and achieve the Quadruple Aim: improved patient experience, enhanced patient outcomes, a better provider experience, and lower cost.
