Student Leadership Awards Honor Three Student Leaders and Groups
BOSTON, Oct. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Jenzabar Foundation honored student groups for outstanding dedication to service work at a recent Student Leadership Awards ceremony held in Boston, MA on September 14. The event recognized three Student Leadership Award winners who have made significant contributions to better the world outside of their colleges and universities.
The three student-led campus groups were the remaining 2012 Jenzabar Foundation Student Leadership Award recipients. The Foundation has recognized a total of ten student-led campus groups and projects this year who each receive a $5,000 grant to continue their work. The Jenzabar Foundation Student Leadership Award honorees have exemplified a commitment to community service or humanitarian work through ongoing activities or a completion of a project during the 2011-2012 academic year.
