Souza comes from Universal McCann in New York where she was the SVP/U.S. Business Development Director. She brings more than 15 years experience with her that stems from Integer's sister network TBWA\Worldwide where she held business development roles for TBWA\ and TEQUILA\. Souza has also held account leadership roles at both JWT and M&C Saatchi in New York.
