E-commerce entrepreneurs Brian and Mira Lee and Irwin Gold, Executive Chairman of Houlihan Lokey, will be honored at the 30th Anniversary Gala. Brian Lee brings with him an unparalleled expertise in launching successful e-commerce brands including LegalZoom and ShoeDazzle, with his wife Mira, a former television broadcaster and school teacher. In 2012, Brian co-founded The Honest Company with Jessica Alba, which produces non-toxic, effective natural products for babies, families and homes. Mira serves on the board of The Independent School Alliance.
Irwin Gold is Executive Chairman of Houlihan Lokey, a Los Angeles-based global investment bank and co-founded Houlihan Lokey's industry leading Financial Restructuring Group in 1988. During his career, Gold has consistently been recognized as one of the preeminent investment bankers in his field.
Established in 1985 by a group of Southern California school heads, The Independent School Alliance is an organization of 54 private, independent elementary and secondary schools that endeavor to increase their diversity.
