Total net assets of the Fund on May 31, 2010 were $54,061,113 compared with $61,486,845 on February 28, 2010 and $58,460,628 on May 31, 2009. On May 31, 2010 the net asset value per share was $6.07 based on 8,905,699 shares outstanding.
