"HDBaseT technology continues to gain momentum in the AV sector, given its ability to deliver uncompressed high-definition TV and audio, control, Ethernet and power, over one simple cable. With the advent of 4K video, we will continue to see healthy growth in this market, and consequently, more demand for HDBaseT."
Sarah Carroll, Director of Global Business Development, Futuresource Consulting
"The past year has seen powerful momentum in the Alliance activities and standing, as more companies joined us, and as the market became increasingly knowledgeable of the technology and its inherent benefits to customers. With the release of Spec 2.0, we are looking forward to another year of growth, where we can contribute to the expansion of this market."
