Founded in 2012, The Guess Corporation has made a commitment to support women in leadership positions throughout the company. As of July, The Guess Corporation employs many board members and executives in top positions whom of which are women.
Earlier this year, Mariah Graves, was appointed to the highest ranking executive position of President, which was previously held by a woman as well. Nicole Mason, Esq. was appointed to the highest ranking position on the Board of Directors, when she was named Senior Deputy Chairman. As Senior Deputy Chairman she oversees the Office of the Chairman. Within the Office of the Chairman, Laenzua Harris works with Ms. Mason in her role as Deputy Chairman. In addition, other senior Board officials include Lorna Aaron, MBA, who is a former JP Morgan investment banker, she was appointed Executive Vice-Chairman. Both Vice-Chairmen, Aftan Richardson and Jada Wills are women. The lead director of the Board, P.N. Smith is also a woman.
Recently, Lucy Shaffer Doherty, MBA was named Senior Executive Vice-President/Chief Corporate Officer and Deputy Secretary-Treasurer. Other high ranking executives include Lauren Hickman, Senior Executive Vice-President/Chief Administrative Officer & Secretary-Treasurer and Briana Urbina, Esq. who is Senior Executive Vice-President/Chief Counsel Officer.
