Premier Meal Plan Food Now Available at North Miami Retail Location

NORTH MIAMI, Fla., March 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fresh Diet, America's premier diet meal-delivery plan, announces today, the opening of their first Grab+Go retail location in North Miami. The store, which is located on the main level, under L.A. Fitness at The Causeway Square, 1813 NE 123rd Street; is selling fresh food items from The Fresh Diet's (TFD) premier meal plan service.

"The Fresh Diet Grab+Go provides consumers, who don't currently subscribe to our daily meal delivery plan, the opportunity to sample our food in a convenient retail location," says The Fresh Diet's CEO, Zalmi Duchman. "The store is also a nutritious 'fast food' option for those who currently value a fit lifestyle, making Miami an ideal setting for the first of many more Grab+Go locales to come."

Fare such as sandwiches, wraps and salads - including healthy breakfast and dinner entrees - found only on The Fresh Diet meal plan, are featured. And, no Grab+Go location would be complete without having TFD's famous cheesecakes and other low-calorie snacks, available for sale as well.

To celebrate the grand opening, TFD will be hosting a launch party in-store next month, which will be announced separately. Athletes and TFD patrons like Sean Smith of the Miami Dolphins and personality, Glenn D. Packard of Brooke Knows Best, have confirmed they will be on-hand to mix with customers and press alike.

The Fresh Diet Grab+Go hours of operation are 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
