Six of Washington DC's most notable food truck vendors will have their signature dishes paired with wines from the Fourth Estate Restaurant. Food trucks participating include: The Big Cheese, Go Fish!, Lemongrass Vietnamese Cuisine, DC Empanadas, BBQ Bus, and Curbside Cupcakes. "Food trucks are such a creative concept," says Justin Harrison, Manager of the Fourth Estate, "and we want to showcase that creativity by turning the concept on its head by bringing their cuisine back indoors and pairing them with wines."
The National Press Club is thrilled to showcase DC's mobile food vendors. "We hope to celebrate the vendors and their cuisine in addition to showcasing the talents of the Fourth Estate Restaurant at the National Press Club," says Executive Chef Susan Delbert.
In addition to a fun evening of food and fun, all attendees will be eligible to win a private cooking lesson with Executive Chef Susan Delbert.
