With more than 17 years of experience in the training and management consulting sectors, Graham has developed a solid track record in leading and managing professional services firms. He will bring new expertise to Forum's team of seasoned professionals who are passionate about adding value to Forum's clients through the use of the company's proven ideas and innovative delivery solutions.
"In addition to his industry experience, Andrew brings a passion for leadership development together with expertise about the neuroscience of what makes a great leader," says John Elsey president and CEO, ESI International (Forum's sister company). "At Forum, we understand the significant positive impact that dedicated, talented leadership can have in any organization and, as such, we are delighted to welcome Andrew to the Forum team."
Graham joins Forum at a time of increased focus and scientific research globally about leadership development.
"Leadership development is a critical component of Forum's mission and strategy," says Graham. "Forum's depth of expertise and experience differentiates our company and helps our clients navigate the challenges of the business world."
Prior to Forum, Graham spent 16 years working for Kepner-Tregoe, joining the business in Australia and initially focusing on operational improvement projects in the steel and building products sectors. He later successfully took on a turn-around leadership challenge with the firm's Tokyo operation while gaining experience with major consumer products companies in the region.
Following Japan, Graham relocated to Europe and guided the European business operations from individual business units toward a pan-European business model. He was active amongst the company's strategic clients, delivering strategy formulation and operation improvement projects.
In late 2005, he relocated to North America to be chief operating officer of the business before being appointed CEO in 2006. As CEO, he led the executive team to develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy for the company before leaving the business to focus on the rapidly advancing field of leadership development. He spent a year in Italy supporting CIMBA University's MBA program as an adjunct professor, while studying the evolving field of neuroscience as it relates to leadership behavior.
Graham holds a B.Eng. in mechanical and production engineering from Sir John Moors University in Liverpool, U.K.
