The Engagement Excellence Awards 2017 Names the Best of the Best for Employee Engagement
Reward Gateway, global employee engagement company, is proud to announce the winners of the sixth annual Engagement Excellence Awards, held in London last night.
LONDON, Oct. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Last night marked Reward Gateway's sixth annual Engagement Excellence Awards, with the winners announced at a celebration held at the Guildhall, London. The awards celebrate companies that are leading the way in employee engagement and those working to make the world a better place to work. The set of awards, which include categories such as 'Most creative communications' and 'Most unique company benefits', acknowledge innovative and game-changing companies, and allow the industry to gain ideas for future improvement.
The winner from each category was selected from hundreds of applicants by a fully independent judging panel comprised of some of the most experienced and skilled HR, benefits and reward professionals in the industry. The scoring system looked at how each company had set up objectives, the approach and strategy for completing those objectives, and the subsequent results.
GO Outdoors, Nottingham Trams Ltd, Atos IT Services UK Ltd, and Causeway Technologies all picked up two awards each, with Atos scooping the award for Best evolution of company benefits for the second year running, and Causeway Technologies picking up the Grand Prix: Best of the Best award.
Rob Boland, Group Director of Product and Client Success, says:
"The sixth annual Engagement Excellence Awards truly showcased the incredible companies that are putting their employees at the heart of what they do and consistently innovating in the HR space. We're enormously proud to be associated with each and every person that attended and contributed to the entries. We will continue to invest more into the HR, Reward and Engagement space across the globe this coming year, focusing on our mission to make the world a better place to work.
