The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company Appoints Torchio as Senior Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending
LEWIS CENTER, Ohio, July 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company (the "Bank") announced the hiring of Louis Torchio as Senior Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending. Torchio is a seasoned mortgage banker, with more than 30 years of experience building and managing mortgage banking operations. Torchio was most recently Executive Vice President of Residential Lending with Farmers Citizens Bank, where he developed a new mortgage banking operation and managed all aspects the mortgage lending business. He also served in senior officer positions for Charter One Bank, Bank One and Mellon Bank. While at Charter One, Torchio was responsible for managing a $15 billion residential and consumer loan portfolio with annual originations that exceeded $7 billion.
