For the first time outside of the U.S., Converse will provide local Canadian artists the opportunity to record at its "Converse Rubber Tracks in Toronto" pop-up studio at no cost and also present several music and skate events as part of "City Carnage: Toronto", a three-day free event celebrating music and skateboarding.
