The Conference Board Honors Six CEOs at 2026 Distinguished Leadership Awards Celebration

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Tomorrow evening, The CEO Center of The Conference Board will honor six business leaders and their companies for outstanding leadership in challenging times. The annual Distinguished Leadership Awards Celebration will take place in New York City.

For more than 30 years, the Distinguished Leadership Awards have recognized executives who exemplify the mission of The CEO Center, formerly the Committee for Economic Development (CED), by demonstrating strong corporate citizenship and a commitment to advancing public policy in the nation's interest.

This year's celebration will pay special tribute to leaders who have helped their companies and communities navigate economic uncertainty and global challenges while advancing equal opportunity, fostering a more civil and just society, and supporting a rules-based international order. This year's event is co-chaired by Jay Chaudhry, CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Zscaler, and Jenny Johnson, CEO of Franklin Templeton.

"Today's business leaders face extraordinary challenges, from rapid technological change to economic and geopolitical uncertainty," said David K. Young, President of The CEO Center at The Conference Board. "This year's honorees demonstrate that strong leadership extends beyond business performance. Through innovation, integrity, and a commitment to the communities they serve, they are helping build a more resilient economy and a stronger future for our nation."
