- Stephanie Birrell Luedke, Managing Director, Global Head of Citi Investment Management, Citi Private Bank
- Scott DeRue, Edward J. Frey Dean of Business, Stephen M. Ross Professor of Business, University of Michigan
- Maria Sastre, Member, Board of Directors, General Mills, Inc., Retired President and Chief Operating Officer, Signature Flight Corporation
- Liz Hilton Segel, Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company, North America
Stephanie Birrell Luedke is Managing Director, Global Head of Citi Investment Management, Citi Private Bank. In this capacity, she oversees the global teams responsible for providing a full suite of investment capabilities on a customized basis, which includes proprietary and third-party equities, fixed income and multi-asset class investment strategies to private bank clients worldwide. Previously, she was Executive Vice President of Investment Management at Fiduciary Trust Company International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton. She oversaw all aspects of investment management, investment administration, performance evaluation and risk management.
Scott DeRue is the Edward J. Frey Dean of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is also the Stephen M. Ross Professor of Business. He joined Michigan Ross in 2007, taking on multiple leadership roles across the school over time. Prior to his deanship, DeRue served as the Associate Dean for Executive Education, Professor of Management, Director of the Sanger Leadership Center, and Faculty Director of the Emerging Leaders Program.
Maria Sastre is the former President and Chief Operating Officer for Signature Flight Support, the largest worldwide network of fixed-based operations and maintenance centers for private aviation. Before joining Signature, she served with Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD where she held the positions of Vice President, International, Latin America, Caribbean and Asia, and Vice President of Operations. Previously, she served as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Satisfaction for United Airlines where she led the newly created customer satisfaction division charged with refining the customer service experience. Sastre is also on the boards of directors of General Mills, Inc. and Guidewell Mutual Holding Corporation, parent of Florida Blue.
Liz Hilton Segel is the Managing Partner for McKinsey in North America, a member of McKinsey's Shareholders Council, the firm's equivalent of the board of directors, and a member of the global partnership service team. She formerly led McKinsey's Marketing & Sales Practice in the Americas and the New York office. Since joining the firm, she has partnered with clients on their transformations, including strategy, implementation and capability building. She has served clients across several consumer-facing industries including media, telecommunications, travel, entertainment, retail, financial services, and automotive.
The Conference Board has also re-elected four current trustees:
- Francisco González, Group Executive Chairman, BBVA
- Ilene Gordon, Retired Chairman, President and CEO, Ingredion Incorporated
- Susan Schwab, Ambassador, Former US Trade Representative; Strategic Advisor, Mayer Brown LLP
- Ronald Williams, Chairman and CEO, RW2 Enterprises, LLC
