The City of Wilton Manors Helps Residents Keep Their Resolutions with New Fitness Boot Camps at Hagen Park
WILTON MANORS, Fla., Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning in February, the City of Wilton Manors will offer a new Fitness Boot Camp program at Hagen Park (2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors). This new program will be instructed by Lucky Pericles, a city resident and certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience in the field.

"Anyone participating in these boot camps can be sure that they will not only be keeping their new year's resolution, but they will get real results," said Pericles. "The boot camp can help you increase stamina, flexibility and self-esteem."
The Fitness Boot Camp program will include several fitness exercises including strength training, flexibility training, aerobic training and cross training. The program will be offered for beginner and intermediate fitness levels on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 9 a.m.
"I want to help people in my community accomplish their personal goals," said Pericles. "The program has had successes with so many, from a 72-year-old cancer survivor to a 13-year-old athlete, and it is a great way for people of all ages to start the year regardless of how different their fitness goals might be."
The cost of the Fitness Boot Camps is $10 per class or $50 for six classes.
