The Chartis Group Adds Three Healthcare Leaders to Its Consulting Practices
CHICAGO, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chartis Group, a leading healthcare advisory services firm, announced today the election of David Terry to the position of Principal and the addition of two Senior Consultants, Tiffany Breau-Metivier and Gene Corapi. Each is an industry expert who will provide unrivaled support to leading healthcare organizations advancing their strategic, organizational and operational performance.

Terry is a leader in the firm's Alignment and Accountable Care Practice. His healthcare career spans nearly twenty years, during which he has served as a management consultant and as a senior healthcare executive. Terry's experience spans a number of healthcare settings, including: acute care hospitals, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician practices, home healthcare, skilled nursing, hospice, dialysis, and managed care. His most recent work includes strategic planning, physician alignment and developing strategic affiliations. Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Terry was the Founder and President of the consulting firm, Salvectus Healthcare. He also served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Harborside Healthcare, a long-term healthcare company, and as the Director of Product Management for Partners Community Healthcare Incorporated (PCHI), the for-profit physician network arm of Partners HealthCare System in Boston, Massachusetts. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Columbia University.

Breau-Metivier's experience in healthcare includes leading strategy and operations initiatives as a health system executive and as a consultant. She is highly experienced in the areas of strategic planning, service line development, business development and physician alignment. Her operations improvement experience includes clinical care model redesign, productivity management, performance benchmarking, patient throughput optimization and operations redesign. Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Breau-Metivier worked at MaineGeneral Health where she directed the institution's strategic planning function. Previously, Metivier served as a Consultant with Bain & Company. She earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA from Harvard College.

His operations experience includes inpatient access and throughput, ancillary services management, operational resource allocation, and ambulatory operations efficiency. Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Corapi was the Senior Vice-President of Operations at Suburban Hospital/John Hopkins Medicine. Corapi has also led strategic planning initiatives in the areas of growth strategies, ambulatory network development, business development, capital planning and joint ventures. Corapi previously held leadership roles at the University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics in Salt Lake City and The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. His experience has earned him adjunct faculty positions with the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University and with George Washington University's School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Earlier in his career, Corapi acquired extensive consulting experience as a healthcare management consultant at APM/CSC Healthcare.
