The Chamberlain Group, Inc. Files Trade Secret Lawsuit Against TTI
ELMHURST, Ill., June 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), a market leader in garage door opener and access control solutions, filed a lawsuit against Hong Kong-based Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd (TTI) and several related entities, as well as a former CGI employee, for trade secret misappropriation and other violations of state and federal law on Friday, June 10, 2016.

The lawsuit filed today seeks to protect certain CGI proprietary information relating to its garage door opener solutions. The complaint was filed in federal court in Chicago, Illinois.
