The Caring Generation(TM) Celebrates One Year Anniversary by Honoring Women Nursing Home Residents On Mother's Day
GOLDEN, Colo., May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Caring Generation™, a weekly radio program on 630 KHOW-AM in Denver celebrates its one year anniversary by honoring women nursing home residents on Mother's Day, May 9th. Pamela D. Wilson, The Care Navigator, host of the weekly radio program, joins with 5280 Flowers, a local Denver florist, to bring joy and flowers to women nursing home residents through a program called The Caring Garden.

The Caring Garden, a program of The Caring Generation is supported by 5280 Flowers, owners Fred and Amy Kops, who contribute 15% of every purchase made through The Caring Generation website or by telephone to provide flowers for nursing home residents throughout the year on special occasions.
This Sunday, May 9th, Pamela Wilson host, sponsors of The Caring Generation, and program listeners will visit Highline Rehabilitation and Care Center and Briarwood Care Center in Denver after The Caring Generation airs from 10am to 12 noon. After a brief presentation and songs to bring cheer, flowers will be distributed to all women to honor their contribution to their families, as caregivers and to society in honor of Mother's Day upholding the mission of The Caring Generation, "Embracing Life's Transitions With Dignity, Clarity and Stability."
The Caring Generation provides information and education to listeners experiencing life transitions due to caregiving, health care and issues of aging. Pamela Wilson, The Care Navigator, lost her mother Rose when she was 35 years old. She has a gift of authentically helping adult children and older adults work through life transitions resulting from a need for care, caregiving or health issues. The website features a free download of programs from the past year, educational tipsheets, a caregiver forum, upcoming events and special programs.
