Kilcline, Jr. as Vice President of Naval Programs for TASC. Kilcline served as Commander of Naval Air Forces, leading the Navy's aviation force of 100,000 personnel, 11 nuclear aircraft carriers and 2,800 Navy aircraft. He also served with the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations as Director of Naval Warfare Integration and Assessment and Director of Air Warfare. Since his retirement from the Navy, Kilcline has worked as a consultant in the aerospace industry.
