Mr. Sharifi has successfully recruited and deployed hundreds of CONUS and OCONUS linguists, intelligence and information technology professionals.

Previous to The Buller Group, Mr. Sharifi was a Senior Recruiting Manager with AECOM (NYSE: ACM) where he successfully managed three of AECOM's largest linguist contracts in the United States: AP-A, SOCOM, and TORCH. In addition, Mr. Sharifi has managed and trained staff with regards to onboarding and deployment procedures, and built strong relationships with international candidates by establishing targeted media and branding campaigns. Prior to AECOM, he was a Senior Recruiter for SOS International.

Mr. Sharifi has a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University of San Bernardino. He is fluent in several Asian-Indian languages and is able to conduct business in Dari.
