HERNDON, Va., Sept. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Buller Group, an international recruiting and consulting firm supporting the U.S. Government market, is excited to welcome Brooke Sepehri as Vice President of Talent and Business Process.  Mrs. Sepehri brings 20 years of human resources experience to The Buller Group team.

Prior to joining The Buller Group, Mrs. Sepehri held senior human resources positions with The Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT). Through Mrs. Sepehri's 16 year tenure she acquired an extensive knowledge of multiple human resources functions such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to Lockheed Martin, she held positions at Boeing Computer Services.

Mrs. Sepehri has been quoted in many national newspapers and human resources publications, including The Washington Post, based on her extensive and innovative recruiting and staffing knowledge.  She was the first recruiting manager for the Lockheed Martin Regional Recruiting Center pilot program in 1998.

Mrs. Sepehri has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California-Irvine.
