HERNDON, Va., Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Buller Group, an international recruiting and consulting firm supporting the cleared market, is pleased to announce David Peirce as Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions.  Mr. Peirce is a business leader and program management professional with over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector. He has held key leadership positions with several leading technology and professional services firms.

Prior to joining The Buller Group, Mr. Peirce served as Director of Business Development Operations for the National Security Programs Division at AECOM (NYSE: ACM).  He also served as Program Manager and Line-of-Business Lead for the Cybersecurity Technologies Practice at GTSI Corporation.  Mr. Peirce came to GTSI from Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cigital, Inc., and American Management Systems, Inc. where he served in senior business development and services management roles.

Mr. Peirce has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Urban Planning from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  He is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Northern Virginia Chapter of InfraGard, and was former Secretary of the IEEE Computer Society of Northern Virginia.
