The Americas Region of Lend Lease Promotes Three Business Unit Leaders in its Project Management & Construction Business

NEW YORK, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lend Lease, one of the world's largest property and infrastructure providers, promoted Ralph Esposito, Joe Farrell, and Jeff Riemer to regional Executive General Managers for its Americas region Project Management & Construction (PM&C) division, effective immediately, with each person reporting to Jeffrey L. Arfsten, Chief Operating Officer of the Americas region PM&C business.

Mr. Esposito joined Lend Lease in 1996.  He was most recently President and General Manager of Lend Lease US Construction LMB, Inc.  In his new role, he is responsible for Lend Lease's New York City (NYC) PM&C operations and its NYC Healthcare business unit.

Mr. Farrell joined Lend Lease in 1986.  He was most recently General Manager of Lend Lease's Mid-Atlantic PM&C operations.  In his new role, Farrell is responsible for Lend Lease's Atlantic PM&C operations comprised of offices in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Princeton, Raleigh, Tampa, Washington DC, its Life Science business, and National Healthcare business; excluding NYC Healthcare.

Mr. Riemer joined Lend Lease in 1977.  He was most recently General Manager of Lend Lease's Great Lakes Region PM&C business unit.  With his promotion to Executive General Manager, Riemer remains responsible for Lend Lease's Great Lakes PM&C operations comprised of offices in Chicago, Ohio, and Upstate New York.
